OPEN AUDITION FOR KABEL

 

Join Matsena Productions in our open audition for KABEL. 

 

KABEL is a reimagined telling of the tale of Cain and Abel, a sibling rivalry that has rippled across time. Through a potent mix of movement and text, KABEL delves deep into the primal emotions of jealousy, rage, and redemption. Bodies become the battlefield for a shattered bond by envy, with every action and reaction echoing the ancient conflict. 

 

KABEL returns to London at Sadler's Wells East next spring, after having its US premiere in New York. 

 

We are looking for:

• Male presenting dancers

• Playing age 18-35 

• Must have a very strong movement background  

• Must have acting experience, or an interest in acting

All those auditioning must have the right to work in the UK with availability from mid March - early May 2027.

 

Auditions will take place in London, on Saturday, October 24th with callbacks the following day, Sunday, October 25th 2026. 

 

Register your interest via Google Form by end of day Saturday, October 17th. 

Please submit your headshot, and a CV or link to showreel. You are welcome to submit both if you like.

 

You will be emailed by Tuesday, October 20th with an audition time slot.
